Restorative Yoga

A steady flowing yoga practice that applies the basic concepts of Pilates, such as correct breathing, core engagement, body alignment and flow in all of the yoga postures (asanas). The focus is to create a healthy supple spine while lengthening and stretching your entire body. Breathing and relaxation techniques are also taught.

Ashtanga Yoga

A dynamic challanging and invigorating style of Yoga. This system of Yoga involves a flowing sequence of asanas/postures and breath. This system stimulates most of the body's systems particularily the cardiovascular, respiratory ,digestive and musculoskelatal systems. This system will also strenghten and realign the body. A foundation course is strongly advised for new starters to this system. Specific breathing, use of core and pelvic floor muscle are involved while practicing this very precise system of postures.

Mum and Baby Yoga (0-6months)

Nurturing postpartum Yoga class for Mum. Assists the gradual return to physical strength and flexibility, while including baby also. Classes provide students a chance to meet and network with other parents in a supporting environment.

Pregnancy Yoga

This class adapts classical Yoga poses to suit pregnancy stressing the importance of safety and relaxation. Classes will strengthen tone and relax you and make more space for your growing baby. Pregnancy Yoga adapts to the changes and adjustments experienced during the three trimesters of pregnancy. Unique Yoga and relaxation exercises and techniques are taught to support your pregnancy, birth and recovery.

Family Yoga

A fun and active Yoga class for parents and children together. Spend some fun time exercising together as a family and creating good habits for the future.
